They are really getting informed about the products they carry. Also they are not afraid to answer some questions about the products. Gave me some great information about a product I was looking at as the best lube to use. I tried it out and the information was accurate, it was alot better lube then what I had already at home and really lasted thru-out the entire session. I like the down home feeling of the place and they treat you with great respect. I will make more return trips there I know.
