Cheque:  Payable to S Nieforth. Must clear bank before shipping your order.

Cash:  If you choose to pick up or make alternative delivery arrangements you may pay cash at that time.

Shipping charges are FREE on orders over $75.00 before taxes.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post to most areas;  or you may request Courier Shipping, additional charges apply. You will be contacted with any additional cost before shipping.

Postal items  are shipped discreetly in plain packaging or Postal Pack Envelopes.   Return Label will have only our address as:  Shipping Dept: 78 Green Road Lantz NS B2S1S2

We can also offer you the option of picking up your purchase or if you are local area perhaps we can have it dropped off to you!  Order as usual on line; at check out indicate that you want to save shipping by making other arangements to receive your products. When your order is ready to deliver; we will contact you by email to get your alternative method for receiving your items

RETURN POLICY

All items are checked before being shipped , for operation and condition.

No returns on consumable products ie: oils, lubes , lotions, powders.

No returns on silicone,  jelly,  glass,  pyrex or rubber products

Some items may carry a manufacture warranty please follow manufacture
instructions.

Battery or Electric operated devices are returnable for same item replacement up to 17days from shipping date to you  should they become defective.

All returned items must be in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt.

All return shipping to Blue Moon is the responsibilty of the consumer. We will ship replacement item at no charge to you.
